Releasing the Writer Within is a method of helping you release your inner writer through a combination of meditation and various writing exercises that allow for deep and authentic expression. Every session of RTWW begins and ends with a mindful meditation that focuses on bringing you into the here and now. This is especially important as journaling can take you way into your past you far into your future, which can produce all kinds of emotions and possible triggers. Mindfulness is the antidote to any anxiety around the past or future.
